Advertising Cycle for Northeast Ohio
Our Connect & Save 9 × 12 Co-op Postcard is distributed twice a month to 10,000 homes across Northeast Ohio, reaching communities in Trumbull, Mahoning, Portage, and Columbiana counties. If you’d like to secure an ad space, you’ll need to do so during the designated development period.
Development Period
Ad spaces are available for purchase from the beginning to the middle of the previous month. This allows us enough time to design, print, and prepare your ad for the following mailing cycle. You can also reserve ads in advance for upcoming mailing cycles in your specific area.
Mailing Cycle
We distribute 10,000 9 × 12 co-op postcards twice a month, with mailings sent out during the first and third weeks of the month. To ensure maximum reach, we rotate mailings between various cities and neighborhoods across Northeast Ohio.
How It Works
We’ve streamlined the process to make it easy and stress-free. All we need from you are your:

We handle all the designing, printing, shipping, and mailing for you. Before your ad goes to print, we ensure that everything meets your satisfaction and represents your business professionally.

Each co-op postcard holds a maximum of 20 ad spaces (10 per side), so that each business receives prominent visibility. Ads are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and include business category exclusivity—meaning we won’t feature competitors on the same card.
